1. Registration: Select the Bidders Registration link, complete form. All bidders are required to submit a credit card number as validation.
2. After you have registered and been approved for bidding, your User ID and Password will be confirmed by email. Please remember your Password and User ID.
3. Bidding begins August 5th. You must log in with your user name and password to submit a bid.
   A. ) Bids will be accepted over the starting bid in increments of a minimum of $50.00 through $1500.00; any bids over $1500.00 will be in increments of a minimum of $100.00.
   B. ) If you have been outbid, you will have to check the horse you bid on and click REFRESH for the current most up-to-date bid. E-mails will not be sent to notify you of being out-bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility to refresh the horse’s page to verify the current bid.
4. Bidding will end Saturday August 14th beginning at 11am Central Daylight Standard Time in groups of 3 horses every 10 minutes starting in numerical order. For example: Lots #101-#103 will close at 11:00 am, Lots #104-#106 will close at 11:10 am, Lots #107-#109 will close at 11:20 am, etc. All bids will stop at the scheduled time, unless there are 2 or more people actively bidding and their bids are less than 5 minutes apart. This allows time for people with slow computer connections and for any computer problems that anyone may experience. If a lot number is closed on the horse’s page, no more bids will be taken.
